All agricultural fields are unique crop production units. Crop production output depends on complex and variable combinations of multiple parameters that can be grouped in soil, inputs, management and environment. Manipulating single parameters in isolation like fertiliser or precision agriculture may lead to nutrient pollution or too high capital expenditure. Sustainable production is best achieved if single parameters are optimised in relation with other important parameters.

To optimise crop production we want to find the best parameter combinations. Agricompas measures and analyses the interaction of single and combined parameters on crop performance during the entire crop production cycle from establishment to post-harvest. We process agricultural data into crop production knowledge per field, grower and location in near real-time. Knowledge is shared with growers and research institutes for better crops and better research.
Through understanding the impact of parameters on the gap between actual and potential crop performance we are able to compute better combinations. Agricompas combines crop knowledge with socio-economic data in decision support modules that provide solutions to key challenges such as climate change, pollution, income stability and food security.

Our modules are designed to improve the technical, economical and environmental efficiency of our customers’ processes by making accurate, timely and affordable interventions. Our customers are growers, input and machinery manufacturers, extension services, distributors, feedstock and food processors, traders, finance and insurance industry, and governments. We are globally active in the major crop value chains such as cereals, oilseeds and root crops.
